I am constantly inspired by the art that has come before me. My work is deeply influenced by the pioneering electronic music and video art of composers like Iannis Xenakis and Woody and Steina Vasulka, who used modular synthesizers to create innovative, experimental works driven by sound and custom synthesizers to create magic of the video screen.
In my own work, I use modular synthesisers to create video pieces that are driven by sound and inspired by Xenakis and Vasulka’s groundbreaking approach to electronic music and video art. Through the use of these synthe- sisers, I aim to create immersive, experimental works that challenge viewers.
